Musket Cove Resort
BRAND IDENTITY, CREATIVE DIRECTION, ILLUSTRATION + RESORT-WIDE ROLLOUT
Musket Cove is one of Fiji’s most established island resorts and marinas, with nearly five decades of history, character and deep guest loyalty. The rebrand needed to honour what people already knew and loved, while creating a stronger, more cohesive identity for the resort’s next chapter.
We rebuilt the visual identity around the original Dick’s Place palm, refining it into a flexible logo and submark system that retained its familiarity while working more confidently across print, digital and the wider resort environment. A vintage-inspired wordmark balances nostalgia with modern clarity, while the red and pink palette draws directly from Musket Cove’s long-standing uniforms and guest experience. Custom typography, illustrations, maps and patterns add depth, warmth and a distinctly lived-in sense of place.
The identity was developed across the full guest journey, including signage, stationery, menus, room keys, amenities, towels, guest information, social media and environmental touchpoints. We also created a connected family of sub-brands for Dick’s Place, Island Bar, Activities Bure and the Trader trio, giving each space its own personality while keeping the wider resort experience recognisably Musket Cove.
The result is an extensive brand system that feels rooted in the resort’s history, relaxed in character and ready to carry Musket Cove confidently into the future.
